Restore Your Inner Balance

It all begins in the gut.

If you feel like you’re spinning your wheels with your symptoms, or struggling to lose weight, balance your hormones, reach your athletic potential, or get a grip on your energy levels, its time to look inward.

Poor gut health can lead to:

  1. Poor Nutrient Absorption
  2. Immune dysfunction, getting sick often
  3. Inflammation
  4. Hormonal imbalance
  5. Mental health issues
  6. Chronic disease
  7. Skin issues
  8. Fatigue
  9. Weight gain

Step 1

Identify and Assess

A comprehensive assessment of your lifestyle, dietary habits, bloodwork, and functional laboratory tests can determine root cause.

Step 2

Remove

Remove potential triggers and calm the gut environment with healing nutrients, botanicals, lifestyle adjustments, and corrected micronutrients.

Step 3

Rebalance

Reintroduce food items to strengthen the gut with pre and probiotics, then maintain your results.

My approach: Replicating results.

Science-backed, holistic approach to nutrition. I combine personalized nutrition, advanced functional testing, and lifestyle factors to target and support the immune system. My methods are designed not just to alleviate symptoms, but to transform your health from the inside out.

01.

Functional Testing

Functional testing in the context of nutrition and gut health is a diagnostic approach that goes beyond traditional lab tests to assess how well your body’s systems are functioning. Rather than just looking at static levels of nutrients or markers, functional testing evaluates how different systems in your body are working together, identifying imbalances or dysfunctions that may be contributing to health issues.

Common types of functional testing include:

  • Gut Microbiome Analysis (GI Map)
  • Food Sensitivity Testing
  • Hormone and Adrenal Function Tests
  • Organic Acids Testing (OAT)
  • Nutrient Deficiency Testing
  • Nutrigenomics

02.

Personalized Nutrition

Personalized nutrition is an approach to diet and health that tailors nutritional recommendations to an individual’s unique characteristics, including genetics, lifestyle, health status, and personal preferences. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, personalized nutrition considers factors such as metabolic rate, gut microbiome composition, food sensitivities, and even genetic predispositions to certain conditions. The goal is to optimize health outcomes by aligning dietary choices with the specific needs and goals of the individual.

This approach often involves the use of advanced tools and technologies, such as DNA testing, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and other biomarkers, to gather data and create a highly customized nutrition plan. It is a key component of precision medicine, which aims to provide more accurate and effective healthcare by considering individual differences.

03.

Supplements and Botanicals

Supplements and botanicals play a significant role in gut healing by addressing specific deficiencies, supporting the gut lining, balancing the microbiome, and reducing inflammation. When used as part of a comprehensive gut health plan, they can help accelerate healing and restore balance to the digestive system.

When integrating supplements and botanicals into a gut healing regimen, it’s important to use them under the guidance of a qualified practitioner, as they should be tailored to your specific needs and health conditions. This targeted approach helps ensure that the right supplements are used in the right doses to effectively support your gut healing journey.

04.

Lifestyle Adjustments

Health is not solely determined by diet; it is also shaped by how we live our daily lives, including how we manage stress, exercise, sleep, and our emotional well-being. Lifestyle coaching provides personalized guidance to help individuals make sustainable changes that support treatment in a holistic manner
