During this 60-minute consultation, Sarah will take the time to understand your current eating habits, lifestyle, previous lab work, and any health concerns or objectives you may have.

This session will provide you with actionable advice, customized nutrition and supplement plans, and if required, functional testing to help you achieve your goals. You’ll leave with practical tips, meal ideas, and a clear path forward to support your journey toward better health.

Options include a month-to-month, 3, 6, and 12 month commitment. I also offer concierge support for those undergoing a cancer healing journey. Your program will be recommended based on your individual needs after your initial consultation or discovery call. The consultation fee will then be taken out of the full program price.

  2. 3 Month Program: $610 (10% discount)
  3. 6 Month Program: $1,085  or 3 payments of $365 (15% discount)

How do I know if I need to work on my gut health?

Common signs of gut imbalances include digestive issues like bloating, constipation, diarrhea, acid reflux, as well as skin problems, weight issues, food intolerances, fatigue, brain fog, and mood swings. If you’ve been dealing with any of these symptoms, it may be time to focus on healing your gut.

This depends on the severity of your gut issues and your commitment to the program. Most clients start noticing improvements in digestion, energy, and skin health within 4-6 weeks, with significant changes typically occurring in 3-6 months.

Yes! My coaching is designed to address a variety of gut-related conditions like IBS, leaky gut, SIBO, and candida overgrowth. During the first consultation, we’ll go over your health history, current symptoms, dietary habits, previous lab testing, and lifestyle factors that may be affecting your  health. This session allows me to fully understand your unique situation and create a personalized plan tailored to your needs.

Absolutely. Many non-digestive symptoms such as acne, eczema, fatigue, and brain fog are linked to gut health. By healing your gut, you can often see improvements in these areas.

Nutrition plays a critical role in supporting your body during & after treatment, structuring the terrain so to speak for other immunotherapies to be effective, boosting the immune system, and improving cellular health. Nutrition can improve genetic expression that may target detoxification or cellular DNA repair mechanisms, improve your ability to tolerate treatments, and promote faster recovery between treatments. It can also decrease risk of recurrance.

While there may be foods I recommend limiting or avoiding temporarily to support your gut healing, the goal is to create a sustainable and enjoyable way of eating. I work with you to reintroduce foods as your gut health improves, and ensure the plan fits your lifestyle.

Lab testing is optional but can be helpful in identifying specific gut health issues like food intolerances, microbiome imbalances, or conditions like SIBO or candida. If needed, we’ll recommend specific tests, but many clients experience great results without lab work by making targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes.

My coaching focuses on addressing the root causes of gut issues rather than just managing symptoms, and addressing not only nutrition but also sleep, exercise, stress, and other influennial factors.
